First, American Products Contract Manufacturing listens carefully. This enables us to assess your needs and define the project scope. We work closely with you to identify all business, technical and operational requirements for the project.
After American Products Contract Manufacturing takes your project specifications into account, we present concepts for hardware and software, as well as service offerings. Together, we modify the various components until they conform seamlessly with your needs, budget, and overall objectives. We then present you with a proposal. American Products Contract Manufacturing realizes that effective communication is paramount in supplying your company with a perfect solution.
Once the design elements are finalized and the project proposal is accepted, project engineering is completed and documented. Finalized 2D engineering files are used to create one or more prototypes of the hardware. Depending on the complexity of hardware, a single prototype may be sufficient in order to proceed with production. However, the process may repeat if the project engineering is revised.
Upon successful prototyping, American Products Contract Manufacturing begins the production process. There are over 280 points of inspection throughout this process, which is supervised by a production manager and quality assurance personnel from start to finish. Stringent quality control ensures flawless workmanship on hardware, and optimal functionality for software. We deliver projects on time due to efficiencies that are engrained into the production process.
